I found getting started on the first part of the challenge was most difficult because each morning required me to mentally re-commit to the challenge. Also another big challenge was sticking to the eating plan on weekends.
Recalibrate 2.0 kicked me into weight loss mode after a big plateau period. I noticed a difference in the areas of my body which I have previously been unable to budge fat from. I have loved seeing some muscle definition for the first time ever!
Mentally I have noticed a big confidence boost! Recalibrate has been an all-round positive experience for me. Thanks EST team for all your support.
